Airport Road Auto Center Tire Pros

I had exceptional service at Airport Auto. I was from out of town and had a tire blowout on a low profile tire the night before. Because of my tire type they had to order them locally. They got them the same day early afternoon. When they were ready to change the tires (decided to get all 4 replaced) they could not remove the tires because I had wheel locks and I did not have the key (my inexperience). Josue (?) called in favor and they sent a driver to another shop 30 min away to pick up and borrow a specific master key. That was well beyond the call of duty. They knew I was from out of town and did everything they could to get me back on the road by the end of the day. What I observed sitting in the waiting area for quite a while was a team of people that seemed to like working with each other. Customers literally streamed into the store and were handled professionally and seemingly satisfied with their service. As a customer this is the service I always hope to receive. 5 stars.

I’ve always been impressed with the customer service here. The staff always treats everyone with such kindness. I’ve found them to be my go-to for any vehicle services. It’s a rare experience to find honest service these days.

Very Customer friendly, exceptional warmth in greeting us, staff offered to assist with travel needs and demonstrated a sincere desire to provide quality parts and prompt service. We were from out of town and Our vehicle became disable in the middle of the road. Their staff immediately made sure we were safe and helped to move our car to a safe area. Then they went the extra mile to make sure we had transportation since our vehicle would be out of service for a number of days. The staff met our needs in every area. We give them an A Plus rating . Thanks for being cared for as FAMILY!!

My long time shop closed. First time here based on recommendations from neighbors. State inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Easy on-line appointment process. Smooth check-in and the car was ready in the same afternoon. Loved the detailed inspection notes, with pictures, that were sent to me via text before picking up the car. The only surprise, a good one, was no charge for the tire rotation. Overall charge was reasonable. I will be back next month with another car for the same service. Recommended!
